航天用RTV GD414硫化性能研究

RESEARCH ON CURING PERFORMANCE OF SPACE SILICONE RUBBER GD-414

  • 摘要: 在航天电子产品的研制过程中,大量使用了单组份室温硫化硅橡胶GD-414作为元器件、导线等的抗振加固材料,该材料施工方便,操作简单,但是为了保证固化效果和粘接强度,对本身的固化时间要求较长,对研制周期的影响较大。从硅橡胶的固化机理入手,对固化条件进行了分析和试验验证,提出了减少固化时间,提高固化效率的措施。

     

    Abstract: In aerospace electronic product manufacture process,the extensive use of one component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber GD-414 as components,wires and other reinforcement materials,the material has the advantages of simple operation,convenient construction,but in order to ensure the effect of solidification and the adhesive strength,curing time on itself requires a long development cycle,to great effect.This article analyzed and verified the curing conditions from the silicon rubber curing mechanism,put measures to reduce the curing time,improve the curing efficiency.
