不同节距肋片管节流制冷器启动时间的研究

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON FINNED TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER WITH DIFFERENT PITCH FOR A JOULE-THOMSON COOLER START-UP TIME

  • 摘要: 节流制冷器的启动属于非稳态过程,目前的仿真计算仍然存在较大的误差。通过建立不同节距肋片管节流制冷器的实验模型,验证对节流制冷器启动时间的影响。实验结果表明,肋片管换热器翅片节距的变化,对节流制冷器的启动时间影响较大,该影响不是线性关系存在拐点。在设计模型时,肋片管的最佳节距为0.2 mm,该研究对J-T制冷器的设计有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The starting-up process of a J-T cooler is unsteady process.There is still a large error in the simulation of a J-T cooler’s start-up process until now.Establishing the experimental model of different pitch finned tube heat exchanger to verify the effect on a J-T cooler start-up time.The experimental results show that the change of a heat exchanger fin pitch has impact on a J-T cooler start-up time,and the impact is not a linear relationship,there is an inflection point.In the model of this paper,the optimum pitch of fin tubes is 0.2 mm.The study is useful for the design of the J-T cooler.
