冲击射流换热研究进展

ADVANCES IN JET IMPINGING HEAT TRANSFER

  • 摘要: 冲击射流冷却作为能有效地提高对流换热系数的冷却手段,具有良好的发展和应用前景。冲击射流流动和换热特性复杂,目前有很多学者致力于其换热机理、仿真和实验的研究并积累了大量的资料。通过对前人冲击射流换热研究的分析,从冲击射流的流动特点,影响换热效果的因素以及主要研究方法三个方面进行归纳,讨论了存在的问题以及今后的发展方向。

     

    Abstract: Jet impingement cooling,which can increase heat transfer coefficient notably,has good development and applied prospects.The flow characteristics and heat transfer characteristics of jet impingement cooling are complex.Recently,there have been many publications related to heat transfer mechanism,numerical simulation and experimental measurements of jet impinging heat transfer.This paper analyzes these publications,makes a summary from the flow features of impinging jet,the effect factors of heat transfer and the main research methods,and discusses the existing problems and the research prospects in this field.
