双级斯特林制冷机的模拟及优化设计

Numerical Simulation and Optimization Design of Two-stage Stirling Cryocooler

  • 摘要: 为了获得1.5 W@40 K的制冷性能,设计了一台双级斯特林制冷机。建立了双级斯特林制冷机的Sage一维整机模型,并进行数值模拟。在限制频率和排出器长度条件下,对双级斯特林制冷机的热力学和动力学参数进行了优化设计,优化后的双级斯特林制冷机在达到所要求的1.5 W@40 K的制冷性能时,其膨胀机效率为2.72%。

     

    Abstract: In order to achieve the cooling performance of 1.5 W@40 K, an oxford-type two-stage Stirling cryocooler was designed.A Sage model of the oxford-type two-stage Stirling cryocooler was built up.Then, the simulation analysis of this model was carried out.The thermodynamic and dynamic parameters of the Stirling cryocooler were optimized when the operating frequency and the length of displacer were limited.The optimal two-stage Stirling cryocooler could achieve the cooling performance of 1.5 W@40 K.In addition, the performance of expander was up to 2.72%.
