APPLICATIONS OF SINGLE CHIP MICRO COMPUTERS FOR NONDESTRUCTIVE TEST OF VACUUM IN THE CANS

  • 摘要: 阐述击振法密封罐头真空度无损检测的原理。以测量罐头端盖的自由振动频率作为罐头真空度无损检测的依据。应用单片微机作为系统的控制单元,提高了密封罐头真空度无损检测系统的分选精确度和可靠性。
    Abstract: In this paper,The principle of nondestructive test of vacuum in the cans for striking method is decribed.The vibration frequencies of the can lid are measured to provide scientific basis for nondestructive test of vacuum in the cans.A single chip micro computer is used as the control unit of the system which improve classification accuracy and reliability for nondestructive test of Vacuum in the cans.
