热电制冷CMOS摄像机技术研究

STUDY ON THE TECHNOLOGY OF CMOS CHIP VIDEO CAMERA WITH THERMOELECTRIC COOLING

  • 摘要: 为了研制能够替代进口产品的模拟热电制冷CMOS摄像机,在设计时考虑了真空密封腔体、热电制冷系统和配套的一体化电源及控制器等问题。实验结果表明,该机可为200 mW的热负载提供-40℃以内的稳定恒温,性能可靠。高性能摄像机在医疗成像、红外弱光成像及卫星成像领域具有广泛的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: The problems about design of vacuum sealed container,thermoelectric cooling system,matched power and controllers are considered. A simulation CMOS video camera has been developed replacing the similar imported products.The results show that the configuration of the XAJD-1 is reasonable and the performance is reliable,which can provide a stabile temperature of -40℃ for a load with 200 mW. The high performance video camera has a great application prospect in the fields such as medical imaging,ultrared weak light imaging and satellite imaging.
