基于两种理论的新型脉管结构—锥形脉管

A NEW STRUCTURE OF PULSE TUBE BASED ON TWO THEORIES—TAPERED PULSE TUBE

  • 摘要: 结合热力学和热声学两方面的理论,对脉管制冷机中的脉管的结构进行分析与研究,发现脉管的结构与其内工质的压力和温度的分布有很大的关系,只有使脉管的结构和工质的压力和温度的分布相匹配时,才能够使脉管制冷机的性能达到最佳。在此基础上,提出了两种锥形的脉管结构,并进行了数值模拟和实验上的验证。

     

    Abstract: Combined the theories of thermodynamics and thermoacoustics,the structure of the pulse tube-one of the most important components in the pulse tube cryocooler-was analyzed.The function of the structure of pulse tube in the distribution of the gas temperature and pressure along the tube has been found. Two kinds of the tapered pulse tube structures have been proposed accordingly in this thesis and have been investigated numerically. It has been found that there is an optimum cone angle for the tapered pulse tube cryocooler. When the pulse tube cryocooler works on this optimum cone angle,the performance can be improved.The convergent and the divergent tapered pulse tubes were submitted and validated in the numerical simulation and the experiment.
