Abstract: Flat plate heat pipe is at present focus study with light,better start-up and isotherm.It is widely used overseas.It is little to study fruit in country.Recent mostly research status of flat plate heat pipe is summarized.It includes improve of configuration and machining,optimizing parameter,research of flow and heat transfer,capillary limit and boiling limit and cooling of multi heat source.Recent investigate conclusion is presented.The next study current and mostly challenge are indicated.
