摘要: 旨在通过开发CAD系统,寻求冻干机水汽凝结器的最佳结构参数。以动态、分布的 观点建立数学模型,实现优化与仿真。换热面积比传统方法所得结果降低了30%~40%, 耗冷量降低10%。设计结果表明,它为整台冻干机的节能奠定了基础。Abstract: In order to explore the optimum parameters of a freeze dryer ice condenser, a CAD system based on the dynamic and distributive model was developed.By optimization and simulation,the heat exchange area was reduced 30%~40% and energy consumption was reduced about 10% .The result indicated that it could lay a foundation for saving energy for the freeze dryer.
