单缸双作用单级与双级抽气往复式真空泵真空度的对比分析

VACUUM COMPARISON FOR RECIPROCATING VACUUM PUMP OF SINGLE CYLINDER DOUBLE ACTING WITH SIGLE SUCTION AND DOUBLE SUCTION

摘要: 对单级与双级抽气开平衡通道与不开平衡通道的真空泵的真空度进行了对比分析。导出了相应的真空度的计算公式。得出了开平衡通道的单级抽气可以设计得比不开平衡通道的双级抽气真空泵真空度高的结论。

Abstract: Comparison of vacuum is made between the single and double suction vacuum pump, between the unit with balance passage and that without balance passage. The formula for vacuum is derived. It is concluded that the single suction double acting unit with balance passage is better than the double suction unit without balance passage.
