THERMAL STRESS ANALYSES AND COMPARISON OF TRIANGULAR AND TRAPEZOIDAL THREADED-ADHESIVE JOINTS APPLIED IN NON-MAGNETIC DEWAR

  • 摘要: 用ANSYS软件对无磁杜瓦所用的三角形螺纹和梯形螺纹形式的粘接接头进行热应力分析和比较,结果表明其应力分布非常相似。在杜瓦内筒下接头的胶层胶填角周围均有严重的应力集中。梯形螺纹粘接接头的米塞斯应力稍微大于三角形螺纹,但差别非常小。
    Abstract: The thermal stress analyses of the triangular and the trapezoidal threaded-adhesive joints applied in the non-magnetic Dewar were conducted and compared using the ANSYS software.The results showed that their thermal stress distributions were very similar.The serious stress concentration occured around the adhesive fillet at the adhesive free end of the lower threaded-adhesive joint of the inner shell.The von Mises stress of trapezoidal threaded-adhesive joints is slightly higher than that of triangular threaded-adhesive joints,but the difference is very minor.
