微型节流制冷器MMR的分析与研究

ANALYSIS AND RESEARCH OF MICRO-MINIATURE REFRIGERATOR

摘要: 提出了新型微型节流制冷器——MMR的设计方案,利用微型化准则对小尺寸下的换热器、节流毛细管进行了理论计算与分析,讨论了设计方案的可行性。提出了用闭合的螺旋细微槽道代替节流毛细管的方法,并介绍了激光焊接密封腔体的相关加工工艺。

Abstract: The new project of micro miniature refrigerator is designed.Using micro principle,the theory analysis and thermal calculation of MMR are made and debated.Bright forward close micro helix channel to replace the small throttle capillary,the methods of laser jointing are introduced.
