真空计电参数检定装置的测控系统

A MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL SYSTEM OF THE ELECTRIC PARAMETER VERIFICATION APPARATUS FOR VACUUMOMETER

摘要: 为了提高检测精度,使日常检定工作方便可靠,在真空计线路检定工作中,采用IEEE-488接口组成自动化测试系统,完成了近距离高速并行数据通讯。在UCDOS汉字系统下使用FOXPRO、C语言等开发工具进行混合编程,研制出测控软件。

Abstract: In order to reduce the measurement uncertainty and make the routine verification convenient and reliable in the circuit verification work of vacuumometer，an automatic measurement and control system is developed，including an IEEE-488interface unit and computer softw are which is programmed using FOXPRO and C languages under the U CDOS Chinese system.
