Cu-MgF2金属陶瓷薄膜的微结构与光学特性

MICROSTRUCTURE AND OPTICAL PROPERTIES OF Cu-MgF2 CERMET FILM

  • 摘要: 报道了用真空蒸发法制备的Cu-Mg F2金属陶瓷薄膜的微结构与光学特性的测试结果。在220 n m~800 n m波段,薄膜的反射率很低,仅为1%~2.5%;透射率则在200 n m~650 n m之间随波长增大近似呈抛物线上升,至650 n m处达到最大值46%;吸光度随波长增大呈指数下降,在400 cm-1~4 000 c m-1红外波段,薄膜的吸收率较高,约65%。研究结果表明,Cu-Mg F2金属陶瓷薄膜可用于紫外-红外光区的减反射膜层以及太阳能转换器件的膜层。

     

    Abstract: Cu-MgF2 cermet film was successfully prepared by vacuum vapor deposition technique.This paper reports the deposition technique,microstructure and optical properties of Cu-MgF2 cermet film.In 200 nm~800 nm range,the film has the very low reflectance of 1%~2.5%,exponentially decreased absorption,and transmittance which increases parabolically from 200 nm to 650 nm and reaches its maximum 46%at 650nm.Cu-MgF2 cermet films could be good candidates for anti-reflection layers or for solar energy transform devices.
