TEMPERATURE ANALYSIS FOR INFRARED RADIATION CALIBRATION PLANE BLACKBODY

  • Blackbody calibration source for infrared is key equipment for calibration of infrared remote sensing detectors.Precision of the temperature control and the temperature uniform of the blackbody are crucial to meet the user demand.Thermal analysis method has been applied to special structures and liquid nitrogen cooling structures of blackbody in this paper.The analysis and experimental results show that the structure and the method can meet need of the temperature control.
