Abstract
Accumulator is an important facility for the suppression of launch vehicle POGO vibration.This paper develop adiabatic brackets based on the requirement of accumulator used under low temperature,which is a character of new generation launch vehicle.The adiabatic brackets are made of SLT/G-2 PEEK by injection molding.Before the finite element analysis for the insulation effect of adiabatic brackets was carried out,the physical property of PEEK is measured and the variation of surface heat transfer coefficient is calculated based on the theory of heat transfer.The ideal change process of temperature on the surface of adiabatic brackets was obtained.Then a experiment aim at the real change process of temperature on the surface of adiabatic brackets was implemented,which proved the legitimacy of adiabatic brackets design.
