CALCULATION OF LEAK RATE FOR INNER PRESSURIZED SEAL IN VACUUM WITH DOUBLE RUBBER GASKETS

On the base of the mechanism of sealing process,the calculation of leak rate for inside pressurized seal in vacuum with double rubber gaskets is discussed,and a kind of calculation method of leak rate is presented in detail.
