THE EFFECT OF THE VACUUM FURNACE DEGASSING FOR MATERIAL′S RATE OF MAGNETIC CONDUCTIVITY
In order to satisfy out-gassing rate of UHV material, the degassing method by high temperature and high vacuum has been used for HIRFL-CSR project, which can not only reduce out-gassing rate of vacuum material but also greatly depress rate of magnetic conductivity.
