20m² VACUUM FREEZ DRYING DEVICE FOR FOOD

In this paper, the concept of 20m² vacuum freez drying device is briefly introduced, the structure features and technical parameters are described in detail. The practical application showed that this device is of low energy loss and high reliability when used to freez and dry food.
