MEASUREMENT IN-SITU FOR OPTICAL PROPERTIES OF SAMPLES EXPOSED TO ATOMIC OXYGEN BEAMS

Optical properties of samples produced changes after exposed to atomic oxygen beams or ultraviolet in vacuum,but reflectivity of samples could recovery more or less in-air because of "colour center" vanishing of pigment in samples,so optical properties of samples need to be measured in-situ.
