The mission of space system and missile will be infected by the reliability and security of pressure vessel.Risks that could lead to a failure of a composite overwrapped pressure vessel are analyzed.Methods by which to analysis and assessment risks,such as stress-rupture failure,undetected impact damage,liner leaks,are reviewed.The results of failure risks analysis of composite overwrapped pressure vessels are discussed.
