INDUSTRIAL APPLIANCE OF THE WASTE PLASMA TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY

The advances of plasma treatment on waste are reviewed.The decompo-sition of CFC by inductwely coupled rf plasm. Adecomposition of silane and NF₃ by low pressure plasma and waste as treatment by non-thermal discharge plasma are discussed. Finally,the present status of melting of ash from incinerators by Plasma arc heating is introduced.
