ADVANCES IN RESEARCH ON THE LUMINESCENT CHARACTERISTIC OF ZnO THIN FILM

ZnO thin film has many characters such as plezoelectricity, photoelectricity voltage sensitive, gas sensitive,luminescence, etc. Therefore, it can be used in various fields. As far as the luminescent character was concerned, the preparation methods, factors affecting the luminescent character and the luminescent mechanics of ZnO thin films are summarized.
