DEVELOPMENT OF CVD AND PVD SUPERHARD COATINGS

n this paper some recent developments of the superhard coatings of diamond、diamond-like carbon（DLC）,C-BN and C-N were summarized,the researchs on four superhard coationgs preparation were emphatically introduced.
