HYBRID SOLAR CELL FROM ZnO NANOCRYSTAL AND MEH-PPV

  • The ZnO nanocrystal by Sol-Gel method,and fabricated a new hybrid solar cell from ZnO nanocrystal and conjugated polymer MEH-PPV have been synthesized.The effect of Nanocrystal’s post-treatment and morphology on the devices performance have been studied through TEM、XRD、UV、PL.The devices demonstrates the best optoelectronic performance with 75% of ZnO nanocrystal in the composite film.The best device conversion efficiency reaches 1.00%.
