RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ON TECHNOLOGY OF SPACE VACUUM MEASUREMENT

The study status of technology of space vacuum measurement is discribed briefly,and the two space vacuum gauges,that is the directional gauge with transducer and the directional gauge with stream detector is introduced in detail.Finally,the future studying work of technology of space vacuum measurement is expected.
