OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE OF A SPIN-1/2 QUANTUM CARNOT REFRIGERATOR

In this peper, the optimum performance of a spin 1/2 quantum carnot refrigerator is studied. The optimum performance parameters and the optimum relation boween the refrigeration rate and the performeace coefficient for a quantum refrigerator are obtained. The results provide an optimal project for selection of operation situation of a refrigerator.
