STUDY ON LONG-TERM STABILITY OF SPINNING ROTOR GAUGE

One spinning rotor gauge was calibrated against the static expansion vacuum standard,over five periods continuously.The metrological characteristic of spinning rotor gauge,such as long-term stability was investigated by analyzing calibration data.Accordingly,insure the measured values put up accurately and credibly through transfer course.
