TECHNIQUE FOR SURFACE MODIFICATION OF MATERIALS BY HIGH-CURRENT PULSED ELECTRON BEAM

A new surface modification technique with high current pulsed electro n beam （HCPEB） is discussed.The working principle and structure of the HCPEB ins trument are analyzed.The experimental results obtained from Al samples are prese nted.The near-surface structure and properties are significantly changed.Fanall y,the experimental results by a temperature field simulation are given.
