ANALYSIS OF THE ELECTROSTATIC ACCELEROMETER GAS DAMPING COEFFICIENT AND ITS INF LUENCE TO THE CONTROL SYSTEM CHARACTERISTIC

  • Under the molecular flow condition,utilizing the law of cosine in the analysis of the gas damping force to the proof mass in the electrostatic accelerometer,the gas damping force coefficient calculation formula has been conducted.The dynamic and steady behavior of the electrostatic suspended acceler ometer control system can be studied.The simulations about the influence of vacuum to the performance of the control system were carried out,and has some beneficial results.
