DESIGN OF NEW JK－β VACUUM GAUGE AND ITS SPECIFICATIONS

The deign of a new vacuum gauge and its specification was introduced.The instrument was composed ofβ radiate ionization gauge and the measuring circuit,the measuring range:0.1～ 6 000.0 Pa. Computer control, automatic conversion linearity correct and pressure automatic calibration were used in the control circuit.
